STATEMENT

From August 29th to October 7th, 2013, I created 80 drawings; symbolic representation of 40 days and 40 nights, one diptych per day. Tribute is the result of reliving a quarantine. It can be interpreted as a poetic gesture or an act of penance. As depicted, I was subjected to these extremes of light and shadow.
