STATEMENT

“However, life itself is not possible in a world that is orderly and stable, nor in one that is completely disordered and chaotic. Life emerges and sustains itself at the edge of chaos. The phase transition between order and chaos is neither static nor entirely unpredictable and opens a unique space for the emergence of complex, self-organizing structures. Scientific and artistic creation also dwell in this space”.

Throughout the year 2024, 366 actions will be executed, corresponding to one action per day. Each action involves rolling six white dice, adorned with black dots, onto a green blanket. The artistic process will be documented via video and photography, and subsequently published on the Instagram account @playingwithhim.
